Part 2, Ch. 4 - HawkIRB Section III Funding\Support

All original sources of funds that will be used to support the study must be listed in Section III of the HawkIRB application.  This includes “pass-through” funding, in which the Principal Investigator of the study and identified in the HawkIRB application, is not the Principal Investigator of the funding grant.
