HawkIRB is the electronic application system for the University of Iowa IRB. University of Iowa faculty, staff, and student investigators must submit IRB applications via HawkIRB. The Human Subjects Office does not accept paper-based IRB applications. Additional information about HawkIRB is on the HSO website.
