Once a Project Closure Form is submitted the IRB, it cannot be withdrawn. The forms are reviewed by human subjects office staff prior to being filed. Investigators may receive questions related to closure forms if the form contains any information that is unclear or that is not in agreement with the existing information about the project in HawkIRB.
